CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) A landed cost calculation model referring to the cost of goods, insurance, and freight are included in the quoted landed cost.

FOB (Free on Board) A landed cost calculation model referring to the commercial invoice value and does not include the cost of shipping and insurance.
