The De Minimus value is the maximum value below which no duty is charged. For some countries the national sales tax and VAT is also lower. Countries with high thresholds are beneficial for U.S. exporters selling low value products via e-commerce. Attached for reference purposes is a chart featuring the de Minimus values for more than 100 countries. Since exchange rates change often, make sure you use a currency converter to ensure accuracy.
